At Donna en Grace Londen, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

- Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically delivered.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Trying on items is allowed, but items must not show any signs of wear.
- Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes or variations are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, contact us at info@donnagracelondon.com  within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our international supplier.
3. You are responsible for shipping the item back at your own cost, including any applicable customs fees.
4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and proof of delivery, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, and approved based on the conditions above, we will process your refund within 14 days.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability

- Donna en Grace Londen is not responsible for lost or missing packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
